Chidi Onwudike

Vice President of Strategy and Customer Experience

Chidi Onwudike is Vice President of Strategy and Customer Experience. She is responsible for driving company-level strategic decision-making and guiding teams across the business to deliver Depop's long-term strategy. Chidi also leads our Customer Experience teams across Trust & Safety, Community Support and Seller Success. After recently completing training at the University of Cambridge, Chidi became a certified executive coach and leverages her skills in this area to support Depop's leaders across the business.
Prior to Depop, Chidi worked as a consultant, advising global retailers on key questions across strategy, operations, M&A and customer experience. Chidi’s diverse international client base provided her with opportunities to work across the globe, in cities such as Hong Kong, Seoul, Paris and Amsterdam.
Born in Nigeria, Chidi enjoys travelling in Africa and beyond. So far, she has been to 60 countries worldwide and enjoys spending her free time exploring new cultures and planning her next adventure.
