Haley O’Sullivan is VP of Customer Experience at Depop, leading Community Support, Trust & Safety, and Seller Growth. She is responsible for Depop’s global customer experience strategy, delivering a trusted experience for its community and scaling support operations.
Before joining Depop, Haley held strategy and operations roles at American Express and Etsy, where she worked on initiatives spanning growth and marketplace performance. Her work has included building and scaling teams, developing systems to support marketplace growth and integrity and putting customers at the heart of decision making.
Based in New York with her two kids, Haley enjoys running and spending time outdoors, and volunteers at a local soup kitchen on weekends.
